Age Groupings

Our study groups for preschool, children, and youth are organized by their ages and grades.

Adults are organized by age as well. The age designations serve as a starting point. We encourage everyone to find a class that best meets their needs. Our small groups are organized into departments. The departments are:

Adult 1 — 70 and beyond

Adult 2 — 61-69

Adult 3 — 56-60

Adult 4 — 50-55

Adult 5 — 43-49

Adult 6 — 36-42

Adult 7 — 27-35 (also known as the young Families Department)

Adult 8 — 18-26 (also know as the Young Adult Department)

College — 18-24

Inter-generational Adult Classes

We also have a variety of adult classes organized to address specific needs that are open to any adult

The Way Class (coed class made up mostly of people closing in on retirement)

The Connect Class (a ladies only class)

The In Touch Class (coed class)

The Real Life Class (coed class examining critical topics of our day from a Biblical perspective)

Where Each Group Meets

Preschool

All preschool groups are located on the first floor of the original building. If you enter the building through the doors under the covered drive, follow the main hall in that building.

Children

All children groups are located on the second floor of the original building. As you go through the main hall, you will find stairwells leading you to that area of the building.

Youth

All youth Bible study groups are located on the second floor of the new education building. Enter through the large glassed in area and take the stairs immediately to your left. This will take you to a large room where the youth gather prior to their small groups.

Adults

Adult groups are located on the first and second floors of the new education building and on the first floor of the original building. When entering a door, ask one of the people who greet you and they will be happy to assist you in finding a class that will fit your needs.

Ask any of the people who greet you are the door and they will help you find the group you are seeking.

Answers to Common Questions

We encourage you to bring your own Bible. However, if you need a Bible, we would be glad to provide you with your own copy.

There will be no tests at the end of the Bible study time. Our purpose is to examine as a group the truths found in the Bible and find practical ways for living them in our lives.

You determine the level of your participation. If you want to respond to questions asked, you are free to do so, or you can simply listen to what others have to say. It is up to you.

You will find people from all kinds of backgrounds, professions, and family situations. You will find people dressed in a variety of ways as well. The diversity adds strength to the study time.

Preschoolers are cared for by qualified and caring people. A system is in place to make sure each child is safe and secure while in our care.

A worship celebration takes place on both sides of the Bible Study time. These celebrations begin at 8:15 a.m. and at 10:50 a.m.
